Want a general training plan to properly prepare, peak, and taper for an upcoming race but don’t need daily workouts prescribed
Want a general strength training template but don’t need daily workouts prescribed
Want to learn how to best balance all of your activities but don’t need daily workouts prescribed
Aren’t sure about 1:1 coaching and would like to try to manage things on your own with a better map for structuring your own workouts
INCLUDED:
30-45 minute phone call discussing your current training routine, barriers to progress, successes, and goals - including preparing for a specific endurance event/race if applicable
Following the call, an email will be sent that includes how to better structure your current training, including relative intensity and duration of sessions as well as when and how to structure deload weeks and tapers if necessary
If currently participating in strength training, guidance on intensity and volume will be provided in the email to optimize performance and align with training goals
