Hi, I’m Randi Dahms — Physical Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Founder of Uplift Movement.
I created Uplift Movement after years of working in both healthcare and fitness, where I witnessed just how powerful movement can be—not just for physical health, but for uplifting the whole person.
Too often, the traditional health and wellness world focuses on limitations—on what's "wrong" or what not to do. I’m here to change that narrative. Whether you're recovering from pain, training for performance, or simply looking to move better in everyday life, my mission is to help you rediscover what your body can do.
